Today rBoot, the boot CD for both Snow Leopard and Lion has been updated to 1.1. The standard version, and a laptop edition (rBoot LE) are now available for download at tonymacx86.com/downloads.
Please do not upload or redistribute rBoot to any other sites.

Just wondering, it says "USB Fix for 10.7.3" , what does it fix and is it also usable when booting into your 10.7.3 installation normally (without using rBoot?

The USB fix is included in rBoot and UniBeast for compatibility (non-DSDT) with 1156 systems. We had to 'fix the fix' as it were. So hence, a tiny change to the included fix that was there. If that makes any sense.
But no- it's something for rBoot and UniBeast only- not necessary if you're using a DSDT.
NOTE: UniBeast has been updated to 1.0.1 today as well- containing the fix.We're working on a few more changes, and 1.1 will be released.
